Everyone and anyone is invited to join us on Sunday, August 29th, from 5-7 pm, at the Bob Hope Pavillion at Lake Hefner. We'll be grilling up food and serving drinks. There will be fun and games for the kids. It's a great all ages event to have some fun, and help us celebrate the kickoff of SoonerCon 20 planning! This is also a great time to get caught up on everything going on at SoonerCon 20 so far, and also to give your input!

Sweet (born 1934 in Highland Park, New Jersey) is a professional illustrator best known for providing cover art for science fiction and fantasy novels, in which capacity he was nominated for Hugo award in 1983. He also produces art for trading cards and calendars.

He graduated from California State University in 1976 and since then has written more than a dozen highly acclaimed and award-winning novels, including the Fantasy Masterwork The Drawing Of The Dark.

Sunday is the third and final day of SoonerCon 2010. Doors open at 10am. Military and children under 12 are free and all others are just $20. Hours today are from 10-4.
