Space is current available in the SoonerCon 2010 Exhibitor Hall. Booths measure approximately 8'x10'. Booths come with 3 tables which can be arranged by Exhibitor. Electricity is available apon request.
Single vendor tables are 6' long, and are located in the exhibitors hall, and secured at night.
Arists and club tables are available for clubs, groups, and artists only. They are located in the unsecured areas, and overnight security is not provided. Those needing to setup in a secured area will need to purchase a vendor table or booth. The artist/club tables are 6' tables.
The above map is just an example and the final layout may vary. Exhibitor Forms are available for download here, or exhibitor purchase may be made online at http://soonercon.eventbrite.com. Exhibitor space is not considered reserved until space is paid for.
